We hear of so many parents trying to make the difficult decision about whether or not to vaccinate their children. There are many pressures in today’s society to vaccinate children, but as a parent you need to make the right decision for your family.
Do Vaccines Work?
There is an ongoing dispute about vaccines and how they work. What we do know is that before vaccines were invented, the infectious diseases were actually declining. According to the Physicians Desk Reference (Oradell, New Jersey: Medical Economics Co. ‘80, pp. 1980, 1866), “Injections of foreign substances - viruses, toxins, and foreign proteins - into the bloodstream, i.e., vaccinations, have been associated with diseases and disorders of the blood, brain, nervous system, and skin. Rare diseases such as atypical measles and monkey fever as well as such well-known disorders as premature aging and allergies have been associated with vaccinations. Also linked to immunizations are such well-known diseases as cancer, leukemia, paralysis, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, and SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome).”
