How Will I Feel?

After an adjustment, many patients feel peaceful and relaxed. It is also important to know that after the initial adjustment many people feel no difference – that is completely normal. There is still healing occurring under the surface. In fact, some people may initially feel sore or uncomfortable after the adjustment while their body is adjusting to the correction, which you can read more about below. After the first few visits, however, chiropractic patients will find that their problems they initially came in for will begin to lessen.
